During the recent 2013 Stockholm Design Week, Swedish design studio Note Design presented Vinge, a new table lamp for Örsjö Belysning.
With an unadorned exterior, the Vinge table lamp features a movable wing
that encourages interaction. The function of dimming the light is moved to the wing — which
can be rotated 180° around its own axis — making the sweeping experience of increasing
or decreasing brightness highly tactile.
Available in orange, black and white, Vinge seeks to be a versatile solution for interiors, and can be used both as a simple table light and as support light in any space of the house.
The Vinge table lamp was presented at the Note Open 2013, Note Design Studio's concept space during the 2013 Stockholm Design Week, in collaboration with Fabege, a pop-up office
and exhibition space inside an old bulb factory.
