Nico Vascellari’s anagrams become design objects

DREAM-MERDA, RESIST-SISTER, SANTA-SATAN: the Venetian artist and his “factory” Codalunga’s viral works now become light design objects thanks to the collaboration with Seletti.

CODALUNGA CRASHES SELETTI: the brand, one the most famous in the design world, has started the collaboration with Codalunga, the Venetian artist Nico Vascellari’s “factory”, known for his drastic and not a little cynical anagrams.

CODALUNGA CRASHES SELETTI, DREAM-MERDA

First of all DREAM-MERDA, a viral icon: born as a neon artwork, has then been applied to t-shirts and accessories produced and distributed by Codalunga, as well as the paired RESIST-SISTER and SANTA-SATAN. These three senteces become – thanks to Seletti – three light projects of blue, purple and red, bordering between artwork and design products, and confirm the brand’s intent to reinvent the world of lighting in a disruptive way and to create new contaminations between art and design. The new collection can be purchased online on www.seletti.it and www.yoox.com.
