The autumn program of the Kenta Foundation, under the creative direction of architect Roberto Gerosa, is about to begin: activities and events, including exhibitions, wellness sessions and meetings with the aim of supporting art and culture. Based in the Fabbrica Sassetti, in the Milanese district of Isola, and founded by Marco and Giorgio Alverà, the Foundation is a non-profit platform for the meeting and exchange of ideas. In progress, “Viscere” by Paola Citterio, an exhibition that offers sixteen sculptures created with wool and iron that will end with a live performance and a cocktail on October 3.
Following this, Jean Claude Chalmet, psychotherapist and writer, will discuss the theme of mental health in our society on October 8 in an evening that also includes sessions of Yin Yoga. From October 20 the return to Milan of the Belgian artist Paul Gees with “Overview #2”, an exhibition of large sculptures and a site-specific installation that use wood, stone and iron. On November 12, Walter Mariotti, editorial director of Domus, will be at the Kenta Foundation to talk about the issues of architecture of tomorrow and urban transformation in the debate “City of the Future”. Finally Angelo Petroni, Italian academic, essayist and Secretary General of Aspen Institute Italia, on November 18, will curate the debate on the theme of ethics in the artificial intelligence era.
