World’s first Mercedes-Benz branded city to be built in Dubai

Following the success of Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai, the German brand signs its first master-planned development with Binghatti Developers.

Mercedes-Benz Group and Binghatti Developers, one of Dubai’s leading real estate companies, have announced the launch of Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City, a landmark project with a total value of AED 30 billion (approximately 8.2 billion dollars) aimed at strengthening Dubai’s role as a global hub for luxury and urban innovation.

Located in the Meydan district, the development will cover more than 94,000 square metres and will take shape as a fully integrated, self-sufficient ecosystem, conceived as a true “city within the city” reflecting Mercedes-Benz’s “Sensual Purity” design philosophy. The masterplan — the first of its kind in the history of the Emirati developer — will include Mercedes-Benz-branded luxury residential towers, alongside cultural venues, retail areas, mobility hubs, parks, wellness spaces and facilities dedicated to sports and entertainment.

The new City marks the second chapter in the collaboration between Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz, following Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai: a residential skyscraper rising approximately 341 metres in the heart of Downtown Dubai, and widely regarded as a pioneering global example of branded luxury living.

The agreement was made official at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, in the presence of Muhammad Binghatti, Chairman of Binghatti Developers, and Mathias Geisen, Member of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG.
