Corazón Coraza

Young Mexican designer Christan Vivanco developed, together with Ánfora, Corazón Coraza, a small jug inspired by Mario Benedetti’s homonymous poetry.

Christan Vivanco designed for the Mexican company Ánfora Corazón Coraza (“Heart Shell”), a small ceramic jug inspired by the Uruguayan poet Mario Benedetti’s work.

Coraza it’s a jug for one or two glasses, its morphology is compact, intimate and highly symbolic. Its shape integrates seamlessly functionality and a figurative aesthetic, representative of its inspiration.

Vivanco is a young Mexican designer, highly influenced by social and cultural factors of the Mexican chaotic and colorful history. He runs his own design studio developing products for international companies and producing and selling some of his pieces in collaboration with various local artisan shops.
