An eclectic environment dedicated to an international community of students, featuring a bold color palette and local materials.

The Student Hotel by Masquespacio

Masquespacio designed a student hotel as a hybrid for co-living and co-working. The Student Hotel has just opened its first two student-only Campus properties in the Marina and Poble Sec districts of Barcelona, Spain.

21,000 sqm including 500 rooms and communal spaces such as swimming pools, gaming zones, open and closed seating areas, as well as quiet study rooms to encourage connectivity and exchange while providing enough space for learning and development. Masquespacio worked with an eclectic selection of visual references including Memphis group, seventies vintage and industrial aesthetic, aimed to represent a fast-growing international community.
