Courageous and innovative, this is the spirit of “Acrobazie”, a project organised by the Atelier di Pittura Adriano e Michele, at the centre for psychiatric rehabilitation Fatebenefratelli di San Colombano al Lambro, sponsored by Unicredit and curated by Elisa Fulco and Teresa Maranzano. The protagonist of the fourth edition is Palermo artist Francesco Simeti, who last spring involved members of the Atelier in a workshop and worked with them to devise houses that can accommodate dreams and a desire for normality, such as homes with double exposure (sea and mountains), swimming pools shaped like four-leaf clovers, impenetrable castles and spaceship- homes.
