This duplex, nicknamed the “Sky Palace”, offers a 360-degree panoramic view of Dubai, the Persian Gulf, and the surrounding desert, and t is currently in a “shell-and-core” state, meaning it lacks interior finishing and is presented as a blank canvas for the future owner to fully customize both in layout and function. The unit includes a private elevator and indoor pool, into a living space.
