Suspended between the 107th and 108th floors of the world’s tallest skyscraper – the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, which soars to a height of 828 meters – lies one of the most vertiginous residential spaces ever put on the market: a penthouse spanning approximately 2,000 square meters, priced at $51 million. Positioned 396 meters above ground, it sits nearly at the same height as the top of New York’s Empire State Building.
