Residenze Litta: Magenta

#142 The Israeli design studio Magenta presented at the Residenze Litta its new collection, that plays with shapes, colors and exotic cultural references. #salone2015

During the Salone del Mobile, the design studio Magenta, based on the hills above Jerusalem and winner last year of the Lexus Design Award with the Crane bookcase on sale this autumn at Dilmos, returns with a new collection of pieces.

These include the cabinets with patterns suspended on slim legs as we often see in their poetics and the Jean lamp inspired by Jean Prouvé. The playfulness typical of their design is also the central feature of the Zillij’ collection created following a trip to Morocco and inspired by the local technique of mosaic, sculptures and light and shadow to create atmospheres.
