Marble matters– exploring Carrara’s legacy
Sixteen young international architects took part in two intensive training days in Carrara, organized by FUM Academy and YACademy, featuring visits to the marble quarries and a design workshop focused on the use of the material.
Manufactured using solely natural materials, Baco is assembled without requiring any sort of fixing between the seats and the backs of the sofa.
The backs of the sofa function as oversized, colourful cushions, easily moved and interchanged. They are designed in different dimensions and varied finishes, either plain or in a modernized version of capitonnè, using colourful textiles.
The sofa is available in a range of finishes and materials.
