Ceramic becomes alive in Stefania Vazzoler’s vases

Stefania Vazzoler has created for her brand, Laesse, a collection of handcrafted water-glazed terracotta vases designed by hand in her farmhouse in Oderzo, Italy.

More than a true love at first sight, it is a passion cultivated over time, that for ceramics. For Stefania Vazzoler it is a path that began in the workshop of the artist Luigi Cillo and led to the birth of the Laesse brand. For Vazzoler, creativity is an all-embracing experience: “Mine is a continuous flow, inspiration and ideas continue on their way and never tire. I put a collection into production and I'm already ready to start again for the next one”.

Laesse, Stefania Vazzoler, Collezione 2021

For 2021 Laesse proposes twenty pieces in terracotta, finished with water-based enamel, selected from over 60 prototypes handcrafted by Stefania Vazzoler over the last three years. Furnishing objects designed for group living but also for living alone. Among the others is a family of seven vases, Mademoiselle, which when placed side by side give the impression of a group of young women intent on chatting with each other.
