Thailandese ceramic and neutral tones in Studiopepe’s latest interior

The new Jaspal flagship store in Bangkok by Studiopepe is a 460 sqm retail space that revolves around the neutral tones of powder, concrete, terracotta and rattan.

Jaspal new flagship store by Studiopepe is embraced by a soft wall made with glazed ceramics made locally with a traditional craftsmanship technique in shades of milky white, pink and celadon green. The showroom space is marked by contrasting materials, natural fibers and a sprinkling of nude-powder tone.

Pairing custom made display stands with 50s Nordic pieces by Isamu Nogushi, the space features a “neo-folk” atmosphere, as defined by Arianna Lelli Mami and Chiara Di Pinto, artistic directors of Studiopepe. Rattan curved walls create a domestic backdrop to the tubular full-height metal furniture that defines the whole space.

Geometric shelves and the frames of the semi-circular screens for the dressing rooms are made with natural dark wood to give an overall sense of warmth.
