Korean studio Fhhh Friends has completed a brick house that stands in the middle of an old residential neighborhood in Seoul. For this small project, located in a dense context, architects mainly focused on spaces without a specific use.

Studio Fhhh Friends believes that the real value of everyday life has not a specific function. They conceived ambiguous spaces, like a small garden connected to the entrance. This generous space welcomes visitors and can house different kind of events. Enlightened by a wide skyfall, internal spaces get brighter by climbing up the stairs. The roof floor features an hidden terrace, with also a small opening for cats.
