Designed by Pinuccio Borgonovo, Wood_Wall is a new partitioning system for offices defining an original aesthetic code that rediscovers wood as a structural and evocative material. This entails a two-fold evolution in which a return to natural materials gets the upper hand over the sudden changes imposed by technological innovation. 

This is a creative path leading towards authenticity, rediscovering real temperatures, scents and surfaces and leaving behind all industrial imitation. 

Citterio has gone beyond the traditional partitioning solutions in aluminium and glass, proposing walls in structural timber that bypass the usual physical limitations of the material, thanks to modern production technologies, and offer new creative stimuli. This return to wood is not inspired by nostalgic references to tradition: artisan skill is a model from which to take inspiration for its attention to materials and their specific characteristics. Established techniques and solutions leave room for sophisticated workmanship, creativity and a new style.
