On the Spanish coast, it will be possible to live in the tallest skyscraper in Europe

The TM Tower in Benidorm, now known as “the Manhattan of Europe,” will rise 230 meters high and host 260 apartments along with 10,000 square meters of communal areas.

The Spanish city of Benidorm, often referred to as the “Manhattan of the Mediterranean” for its remarkable concentration of skyscrapers per square meter, is preparing to welcome a new landmark to its skyline: the TM Tower. Once completed, this 230-meter-high residential tower will be the tallest housing development in Europe.

Surpassing the nearby InTempo, the project designed by BakPak Architects and Gea Architects will comprise 64 floors, 260 units ranging from studios to premium residences, and more than 10,000 square meters of communal areas. These include multiple swimming pools (one heated), a gym, a cinema, sports facilities, panoramic terraces, a nursery, and a sky bar with an astronomical observatory created in collaboration with the Educational and Interactive Science Museum.

The concept envisions the building as a true vertical ecosystem, where each level offers a unique spatial experience. Generous, enveloping terraces arranged in a staggered rhythm blur the line between inside and outside, turning the Mediterranean landscape into a natural extension of the home. The tower’s organic volumetry, inspired by coral formations, produces a dynamic, almost rhythmic façade that plays with light and shadow, granting every apartment a privileged dialogue with the sea.

At the base, the shared spaces – terraced gardens, multi-level pools, green pathways, and relaxation areas – are designed as part of a continuous topography, enhancing the relationship with both the horizon and the surrounding environment.

With an investment of 140 million euros and delivery scheduled for late 2028, TM Tower aspires to become a new Mediterranean landmark, redefining the standards of vertical living in Europe. Sales are already underway, with at least 25% of the units reserved. Prices start at 530,000 euros and reach up to 3.4 million for the most prestigious residences.
