During Salone del Mobile 2018, The Ladies’ Room (Ilaria Bianchi, Agustina Bottoni, Astrid July) presents In Itinere, a new project exclusively for Building, with a very contemplative yet tangible character. Their work starts with a strong need to research sensory involvement in contemporary design.

In Itinere is a site-specific project, designed for the architecture of via Monte di Pietà, that develops in four symbolic stages and wants to bring back to the memory and to the senses some ancestral images. Corrente, Traccia, Nord and Focolare are the four emblem-objects, dynamic and in harmony with the environment, that rediscover archetypal forms and refer, in order, to an artificial botany, to an amulet, to the concepts of travel and memory.
