Boisbuchet, Vitra's summer workshop

In cooperation with Vitra Design Museum and the Centre Georges Pompidou, the Centre International de Recherche et d’Education Culturelle et Agricole (C.I.R.E.C.A.) is organising an international summer academy. From early July through mid-September 2007, a series of interdisciplinary workshops will be offered at the Domaine de Boisbuchet, an idyllic country estate in Western France.

In cooperation with Vitra Design Museum and the Centre Georges Pompidou, the Centre International de Recherche et d’Education Culturelle et Agricole (C.I.R.E.C.A.) is organising an international summer academy. From early July through mid-September 2007, a series of interdisciplinary workshops will be offered at the Domaine de Boisbuchet, an idyllic country estate in Western France. The courses last from 6 to 10 days depending on the respective theme and are led by internationally renowned designers, architects and artists.

This summer’s workshop leaders include Maarten Baas, Jaime Hayon, Toshiyuki Kita, Aldo Cibic, Humberto and Fernando Campana and Front. The range of topics extends from product design to jewellery design, architecture and exhibition design up to lighting design.
