Today most of the names, including Martí Guixé, Hella Jongerius and Marcel Wanders, are internationally famous, while the selective ‘collection’ continues to be enriched with hundreds of products, each very different from the other but all faithful to the underlying philosophy of designing in a perfect balance between sobriety and humour
Eleven years later, it is time for Droog to describe their experience with an extensive travelling exhibition. First stop: the Haus der Kunst in Munich, where designs will not only be on show but can also be tried out and purchased. E.S.
