Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster

Born in Strasbourg in 1965, Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster started to attract attention in the early 1990s for her installations, which were made up of three dimensional environments where the space of the museum was transformed into an intimate and private place.

At the deSingel galleries in Antwerp, she invites visitors to embark on an unusual journey to the four corners of the world, which moves from Acapulco to Zürich in strict alphabetical order (see Domus n. 872, 2004). E.S.

Until 19.12.2004
