Designing the urban landscape

Based on the idea that sustainability and eco-compatibility are the two key concepts to consider in redesigning the relationship between built space, public space and natural resources, the association Forum Sostenibile has set up Urban Landscape Workshop, the first international workshop addressing the sustainable design of public space of coastal areas.

Based on the idea that sustainability and eco-compatibility are the two key concepts to consider in redesigning the relationship between built space, public space and natural resources, the association Forum Sostenibile has set up Urban Landscape Workshop, the first international workshop addressing the sustainable design of public space of coastal areas.

Established professionals in the field of landscaping, town planning and water management will be present at the workshop that will run from 26 to 30 September and 4 to 6 October. 24 hours of lectures are planned and 36 hours of workshops divided into two seminars, each addressing a different theme, one on water and aquatic areas in the redesign of seaside resorts and the other on the design of public space.

There are forty places available for graduates and professionals from Italy and abroad, applications should be made by September 12. G.G.
