Competiton: recording studios for U2 in Dublin
A complex dedicated to contemporary music which will also form a meeting place for young people as well as a landmark (with the building of a 60m high antenna). This is the brief for the competition set by none other than U2, the famous Irish rock band who are looking for designers for their new recording studios.
Running the project alongside U2 is the organisation responsible for the conversion of the Dublin dock area, the Dublin Docklands Development Authority, on whose site details of the competition can be found. Deadline for registration is 17 January 2003 whilst questions can be submitted up until the end of January and projects should be sent in by the end of February 2003.
