Leonardo da Vinci bridge in Norway

Five centuries later, the bridge designed by Leonardo da Vinci for the Bosphorus has been completed and inaugurated this past October 31 at the Oslo city limits, in the town of Ås. It is slightly smaller, and made out of wood rather than stone, but the project - and above all the principle of construction - is faithful to the original design by the Rennaissance master. The work was completed by the Norwegian artist Vebjorn Sand.
