AHS Properties, a real estate development company renowned for ultra-luxury projects in Dubai, has partnered with Fendi Casa to develop Casa Canal. Valued at USD 850 million, Casa Canal aims to redefine the real estate standards of super luxury in Dubai: the fashion brand will offer a high-profile service by working on interior design solutions for common areas and residential units.

The interior design has been entrusted to design firm Hirsch Bedner Associates and the exterior to architect Shaun Killa. The ultra-luxury project, featuring rooms with panoramic sea views ranging from 400 to 2,800 square metres, hosts a collection of Boutique Residences including three-bedroom penthouses, four-, five- and six-bedroom sky villas, and three sky palaces. Residents will be able to use the facilities of the complex, including the cigar lounge, dining, spa, wellness areas and a cinema.
