Daring! Carpets of India Mahdavi are sunsets

To put it in the words of Drugo of The Great Lebowski, the carpet “sets the tone for the environment”. Not only that: it is, let's say it, also the ideal place to hide dust. The carpet is the cause of infernal allergies, cats use it to get their nails, children peel their knees. In the scenes of passion that begin in the living room, "your dress on the carpet" (Prevert). The carpet gets dirty, possibly with coffee, washing it is a nightmare. In practice, the carpet is complicated in a consubstantial way: beautiful on the one hand, intricate on the other, full of knots. However, if even a character so lacking in taste as Drugo has it as obsession, it means that it is so: the carpet is an indispensable complement of beauty that transcends lifestyle classes.

That's why in the field of the beautiful carpet, we chose the collections of the  brand Maufacture Cogolin designed by India Mahdavi “Le Jardin Interieur” of 2015 but that since January 2018 has been enriched with five new colors. The designer says "These harmonies are inspired by the sunset: the earth and the night enliven the graphics of the carpets with daring colors".  Not only the colors, but the shapes: they are combined with tiles and parquet, looking like floor jewelry.
