Kendall Roy’s NY penthouse in Succession is for sale for $29 million

Spread over three floors, located atop an ultra-luxury tower in Manhattan, the house featured in the highly anticipated HBO series offers an incredible view of NYC.

The huge penthouse that in the Succession TV series is inhabited by Kendall Roy, one of the protagonists of the much discussed American series, has been put on the market for $29 million. Manhattan’s 5,500-square-feet triplex, designed and developed by Joe McMillan DDG, is perched atop an Upper East Side luxury tower known as 180 East 88th Street.

The house has very high ceilings, which in some places reach 28 feet and large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Central Park and the city skyline, with exceptional panoramic views. A private elevator runs all three floors, as well as a sculptural spiral staircase.

The lower floor houses a huge living area, a dining room and a large room with a cozy fireplace and a bar, kitchen with island and another room that can be used as a library, private office, or room for domestic staff.
