Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, the Opus is located in Burj Khalifa district in Dubai. The building hosts luxury hotel ME Dubai, the first Melià hotel in the Middle East, planned to open on the 1st of March 2020. The 93-meters-high structure is made of two towers merging together to create a cube, softly carved in the middle. Opus’ towers are connected by a four-storey atrium on the ground floor and by a three-storey suspended bridge at 75 meters high.

The interiors of the hotel were also designed by Zaha Hadid, providing 74 rooms and 19 suites, together with other facilities such as bar, restaurant, swimming pool, spa and gym. It is the first hotel entirely designed by Zaha Hadid.
