The latest edition of Decorex International was held in London as part of the London Design Festival 2017. It commissioned Eligo Studio and three other designers – Larry Walshe, Matthew Williamson and Beata Heuman – to create so many installations developing the concept of disruptive dining and paying tribute to the spectacular setting of Syon Park on the 40th anniversary of the Decorex International exhibition.

The display, showcasing two metaphysical figures at a sunset dinner, puts its mood between Giorgio De Chirico’s work and the surreal images of David Lynch. “Hector and Andromache”, right at the entrance of Decorex International, is part of “Disruptive Dining”, an exhibition where four designers from four different disciplines (fashion, floriculture, interior decoration and design), will offer their personal interpretation on the theme of dining. The installation is in partnership with Abet Laminati, Fontana Arte ed Agape.
