The spatial solution consists in cutting the space into time zones. The curvature of real time zones is translated in the bar morphology. The shaping of curves defines the bar itself, the wine and tea shelves, light fixtures and benches. The space is intentionally unclear, as if blurred. Stainless steel was chosen as the basic material: the shiny metal associates both the fuselages with riveted sheet metals and the stainless vessels of today’s wineries.
