With the intent to make reading more pleasant and attractive, design studio X+Living turned the children’s reading area into an amusement park-like place. Neobio Family Park is located within two buildings in European style in the Minhang District, Shanghai. It is divided into Reading Area, Dining Area, Sims City, Climbing Area and Party Room.

In a 3,000 sqm space in Shanghai, Chinese studio X+Living designed a kids paradise featuring a library, a café, party rooms, colorful themed areas and eccentric furniture.

Entering the main entrance, kids are surrounded by wavy forests and rolling hills to create a free and relaxing reading area where kids feel a bit closer to nature. By the window near the forest there is a leisure reading area for parents. In Sims City you can find and urban representation with many entertaining feature such as the cos players area, while the Big Child Area features climbing racks and slides that take the children directly to the dining floor. In the basement there are several themed Party Rooms that kids can choose from for their parties.
