Bouroullec: Chain

Immaculate white plaster or anodized coloured aluminium marks the latest lamp collection of Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, on show at the Galerie Kreo in Paris.

The Chains by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec put in first place the concepts of  module, assembly, and the relationship with the surrounding space. The new collection of lamps is on show at the Galerie Kreo in Paris.

The collection is composed of light chains made of numerous links that can be endlessly joined together. Whether they are made of immaculate white plaster or anodized aluminium in azure blue, pale green or blond gold, the bell shapes become substantial when paired with light, glittering all over their curved surfaces. The collection is completed with a series in ceramic: in glazed and glossy red, without light, can be mounted either as a decoration object or as a suspended screen.
