“I think that one of the tasks of design is that of knowing how to add to the built world not useless decoration but autonomous spaces, micro-places dedicated to what might seem superfluous but without which everything becomes futile”. With these words Andrea Branzi introduces his new work on show at the Tingo Design Gallery in Milan.
It is a collection of eighteen pieces of white ceramic conceived as small environments, all the same with a different vase or tree trunk placed in side each one.
