The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art has assembled the most complete presentation ever of the work of the American photographer Diane Arbus. Diane Arbus Revelations includes 200 of the artist’s most significant photographs as well as many images that have never been exhibited publicly.
Accompanying the exhibition is a catalogue with more than 200 duotones, essays by Sandra S. Phillips and Neil Selkirk, a chronology by Elisabeth Sussman and Doon Arbus, biographies by Jeff Rosenheim and an epilogue by Doon Arbus. J.S.
