Chinese tech giant DJI, mostly known for its video-capable drones, has also been selling the Osmo Mobile, the most popular handheld gimbal for stabilizing smartphone footage on the go.
This week the company released the third generation of the product, which is the most portable and lighter version of the device so far.
Unlike with the product from previous generations, the Osmo Mobile 3 can be neatly folded in half, saving a lot of space during transport. According to the company the controls have been streamlined to simplify one-hand operation. The battery lasts roughly 15 hours and can be used to charge the smartphone via USB-C.
Osmo Mobile 3 is already on sale with a 109€ price tag. There’s also a 129€ version which packs a small tripod and a carrying case.
