Copper facade wraps four residential blocks into an Italian golf club

The Uppercut studio chose TECU Gold panels by KME to clad the cantilevered volumes of a receptive structure.

A golden facade defines the identity of The Lodge, the accommodation facility that Uppercut has completed for a golf club in Udine. The copper panels TECU Gold, produced by KME, wrap the cantilevered volumes of four residences whose large glass walls face directly onto the playing fields. The smooth, shiny metal cladding, which creates a strongly vertical texture, contrasts with the rough ebony-black finishes of the ground-floor block.

Each building is composed of two residential units with independent access, which can be joined together if necessary. The entire complex has been built with prefabricated materials which, thanks to their ease of assembly, reduce construction times and energy consumption.
