RIBA House of the Year celebrates excellence and innovation in home design, awarding the best example of a one-off house designed by an architect in the UK. All the 20 houses on the 2022 long-list will appear in autumn on the seventh series of the tv show Grand Designs: House of the Year, which will be broadcast on Channel 4. Over four weeks seven houses will be shortlisted for the award and the winner will be eventually announced during the final episode.
