“HAUS 0 10 10 1”, or Haus Dosan, is Gentle Monster’s new hybrid space in Seoul, South Korea. Officially opened to the public from the 24th of February, Haus Dosan represents an essential step towards the future of retail. It represents the first project of the UNOPENED:FUTURE series by Gentle Monster, a renowned South Korean sunglasses and optical glasses brand, and It also contains the cosmetics brand Tamburins and the visionary desserts of Nudake.

Haus Dosan occupies a monumental five-storey concrete building designed by BCHO Architects and located in the commercial district of Dosan. The structure was previously home to the popular concept store Queenmama Market. The first floor features a futuristic installation by artist Frederik Heyman, which explores the interaction between the real and the virtual. The second and third floors focus on optical glasses and sunglasses and trace different stages in Gentle Monster’s history. Tamburins’ second flagship store is located on the fourth floor, while the basement hosts the first Korean flagship store by the brand Nudake, themed ‘the taste of meditation’.

Also, visitors will be able to listen to an exceptional track created for Haus Dosan by Arca, an internationally renowned Venezuelan artist, producer and musician.

Gentle Monster will soon expand its reach by presenting a new HAUS concept in Shanghai, China, in May.
