The artistic installation by Klaus Littmann, For Forest. The Unending Attraction of Nature, will open to the public from September 8th untill October 27th, inside the Wörthersee Stadium in Klagenfurt. The work was supervised by Enea Landscape Architecture and consists of 300 trees that create a real forest on the football field, to be transplanted in a close area at the end of the exhibition. The forest forecasts the way we will interact with nature in the future: something rare, to be protected in a closed environment. Inspired by the drawing made by the Austrian architect Max Peintner in the first half of the 20th century, representing trees inside a stadium, the project finally becomes reality. People can visit the forest during the day or evening and appreciate the biggest art installation in a public area in Austria.
