Two competions aimed to young designers and architects, by the sea. It possible to participate by filing applications until March 2, 2018: Design Parade Hyères, for object design, and Design Parade Toulon, for interior architecture. For each of the two contest the selection of the winning candidates and the jury are different. The competitions are part of the same named festival, held in Hyères at Villa Noailles from 29 June to 1 July and in Toulon from 28 to 30 June in an exhibition program that lasts until 30 September. Out of all the candidates who will send the application, 10 are selected by March 20th. These will exhibit in the places of the festival.

Selected candidate at the Design Parade Hyères will be rewarded with various collaborations and workshops, including a one-year research stay in Sèvres, a Vitra workshop, a solo exhibition at the 2019 edition (and more on the site) ). Winners of the interior contest will be rewarded with 5 k euros offered by Van Cleef & Arpels, with a solo exhibition at the 2019 Design Parade Toulon, and with a personal exhibition at the Museum des Arts Décoratifs in Paris (and more on site).
