Berlin-based collective 44Flavours features a series of collages and masks for kids

Julio Rölle and Sebastian Bagge from 44Flavours will present an exhibition in Milan on music instruments, and a workshop on masks. One was made for Domusweb readers.

44Flavours, mask workshop, 2017

Eclectic and colorful, artists and designers from 44Flavours went to Milan to present “Instruments”, an exhibition of sculptures and musical instruments at Libreria 121+, and “Mask Parade”, a one-day mask workshop for children. Exclusively for Domusweb readers, a mask to be printed and worn.

Driving inspiration from graphics and street art, Rölle and Bagge create two- and three-dimensional collages combining music, sculpture, colour and scenography with one core value: reuse. “Instruments” is a collection of paintings, sculptures and installations, that are the result of a research on the representation of music. At the Piccolo Teatro in Milan, the Mask Parade Workshop (Saturday, November 18, reservations at piccolo@corraini.com) invites kids aged 5 to 12 to build their own masks with reused materials.
