These utensils are designed to bring out the full flavour of foods and establish continuity between the preparation of a dish in the kitchen and the process of serving it in the dining room. The salad serving bowl resembles a cardioid algebraic curve, reminiscent of a flattened leaf or a heart. Its open shape allows for food to be presented in a way that respects the integrity and fragility of the ingredients. It is available in two sizes (22cm or 34cm diameter) and is produced from 18/10 stainless steel with a mirrored finish.
The collection welcomes a new product for the Alessi catalogue: the bouche and dessert utensil – a special piece of cutlery for starters and desserts that is often used in the Guy Savoy cousine to present and serve small welcome toasts or sorbets at the end of the meal. Its particular shape gives this special utensil a dual function, as it can be used as a cocktail stick and it is also suitable for enjoying creamy foods.
