The house is watching us. In response to this, the RAM House offers a space of selective electromagnetic autonomy. Wi-Fi, cellphone and other radio signals are filtered by screens (yellow) of radar-absorbing materials (RAM) and Faraday meshing that prevent signals entering and exiting. Panels can be slid open/closed to allow radio waves to enter or leave.
The RAM House explores the possibility of cohabiting with technology rather than passively enduring its constant presence.
