This project, born in 2012, aims to show the public the best in the field of product design in the last year created by designers from Madrid in the widest sense, from people who live in or feel they are from Madrid to products made by businesses in the region.

At Fresh Product a selection of the best designs enrolled in the open contest promoted by DIMAD are exhibited. A group of external judges aid DIMAD with the selection of products to exhibit. On this occasion the judges are Emerio Arena (designer and chief editor of the magazine Room Diseño), Fátima Ferreiro (designer and Product Design teacher at the Escuela Superior de Diseño de Madrid) and Raquel Pelta (chief editor of the Monográfica magazine, doctor and design teacher).

As in previous editions, the exhibition shows a wide variety of designs, from electronics to illumination, from home to office or contract or leisure, public spaces and even consumer products, digital design or 3D printers.

Fresh Product/Producto Fresco is made up by a group of people ranging from new talents to well-known designers.
