Salone del Mobile and Fuorisalone 2025

The Design Week of Florim

On the occasion of Milan Design Week, FLORIM presents two projects: the '“Compatta” collection designed by Federico Peri for CEDIT - Ceramiche d'Italia and the new FLORIM stone surfaces, with an installation by Matteo Nunziati.

Promoting creativity, illustrating processes and experiments between art design and architecture, telling the ideas behind the products, offering meeting places and discussion around the project: FLORIM will be the protagonist of the Milan Design Week with two projects, both at the Salone del Mobile and the FuoriSalone, developed with two Italian authors: Matteo Nunziati Federico Peri. The large porcelain stoneware surfaces reveal their full potential and show their strong aesthetic impact, creating uniquely stylish environments.

Architect and designer Matteo Nunziati has interpreted and exalted the creative versatility of FLORIM stone through two installations, entitled SCENARIOS, linked by a common thread. At the stand at the Salone, the brand's multiple application possibilities are displayed in an interior design project for a villa composed of five rooms, while a "deconstructed" version of the stand's spaces is presented in the Flagship Store, with 5 conceptually and emotionally shaped installations.

FLORIM shows versatile and functional design solutions. Thirteen new surfaces, perfectly matched to Florim's Magnum range, enrich the brand's proposal of aesthetic and material effects and are presented in two versions. These surfaces, produced with a 100% sustainable process, combine design and functionality in one large format (320x160cm) and three different thicknesses (6-12-20 mm).

Federico Peri, Compatta, CEDIT

CEDIT presents 'Compatta', a project by designer Federico Peri who for the first time approaches the world of ceramics by investigating the theme of 'earth' in its deepest and most primitive meaning. The collection is the perfect symbiosis of craftsmanship and technological innovation. The author takes the ancient Pisé construction technique and expresses his personal interpretation of it on the large CEDIT slabs, for the first time in dimensions 280x120cm. The appearance is deep, rough, material, enriched by three-dimensional plays of light and shadow that come to life in the decorative elements.

The CEDIT installation can be visited at the Salone del Mobile (Hall 4 - Booth G02) and the Spazio CEDIT in Brera.

Windows become frames that narrate the space

A home filled with peace, built with a few essential gestures and a palette of materials in harmony with the surrounding landscape. The anthracite-colored windows by Edilpiù take center stage in this visual narrative.
