Stephanie Rittler’s new collection at Milan Design Week 2018

Inspired by their history and beauty, the German designer uses tiles to builds sculptural objects, revaluating their existence.

Stephanie Rittler’s passion for combining colors, shapes and materials,   inspired her to build new sculptural objects, offering them a new start.

Tiles come from different places and periods. For example, they can be found in an old airport in Georgia, or in a former military prison in Lisbon. Inspired by their history and beauty, the designer revalues tiles’ existence. They are made from found ceramic or glass tiles with a foam body. They can made with or without electricity.
