From November 9 to 13, during the Milan Fair, opens Expo Tour 2001, the international exposition dedicated to the professional hospitality industry. The exhibition spaces are articulated in three, closely interconnected thematic areas (Host Equipment, Hotel Project and Host Commodities), to which several shows have been dedicated (on the new contract frontier, the bath area, flame-retardant decorating fabrics, the theme of "room service"), an international competition dedicated to quality catering, a workshop for catering and entertainment companies.
