Italian bike manufacturer Ducati hasn’t hidden its intention to start production of an entire new series of e-motorbikes. Still, so far, we haven’t seen any official mockups, just a baffling announcement of a partnership with Chinese e-scooter manufacturer Vmoto and a much more interesting electric mountain bike introduce in Milan at EICMA 2018. 
Worry not, though, as at least one fan with great 3D design skills has taken it to themselves to imagine how a proper electric Ducati motorbike could look like. The result is the series of renderings you can see in the gallery above. “Aritra Das Designs” has dubbed it “elettrico” and it’s more of a design tribute (notice the similarity with Ducati’s Panigale model) than anything else. Still, we’re really hoping that someone in Bologna will be taking notice.
