The World Photography Organisation has revealed the National Awards winners for the Sony World Photography Awards 2022. The National Awards are an initiative set up in collaboration with Sony to support local photographic communities around the world.
This year 61 countries took part at the award, over 340,000 images from 211 territories were submitted and over 170,000 were entered to the Open competition – from which the National Awards winner was selected.
All National Awards winners will be included in the Sony World Photography Awards exhibition and book. The overall winners in the Student, Youth, Open and Professional competitions will be announced on 12 April 2022.
