Citroën Ami is the Netflix of electric cars

You can “subscribe” and only pay 20 euros a month to drive it. And you don't even need a license.

Closer to being an electric motorcycle than a car, you don't need a license to drive it. In France you can drive it from the age of 14, in other European countries from 16.

Ami, is designed as a competitor of public transport, and in available in various ways: you can buy it for 6,000 euros, you can rent it monthly at 19.9 euros with an initial payment of 2.644 euros, and you can have it in car-sharing with 0.26 euros per minute. The launch of the first vehicles is scheduled for this June.
