Dear user, this information is provided under Article 13 of legislative Decree. nr. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code (the “Privacy Code”), in relation to personal data of which Editoriale Domus S.p.A. (the “Company”) may come in possession as a result of Your registration on our website.

This document provides information concerning the methods and purposes of the processing of data provided by the Company, as Data Controller.

The personal data you provide (name, surname, address, e-mail address), will be mainly carried out by electronic and automated means, to the scope of processing Your registration on our website.

If you have purchased products or requested services, the personal data will also be processed for performing of our obligations arising from the related contracts and all related activities (e.g. processing orders, enquires, billing, etc.), included all the necessary legal treatments in relation to such products and / or services.
Your personal data, with Your consent, may also be used to send you newsletter (if You have selected the relevant box), for marketing purposes (direct sale, sending advertising material and commercial communication), therefore the Company may contact You by mail or e-mail for proposing You the purchase of products and/or services offered by the Company, to submit offers, promotions and business opportunities, to invite you to the events organized by the Company. In particular, Your personal data will be used to provide with services designed for the community of the Company, which means the network related to the trademarks Quattroruote, DueRuote, XOffRoad, Ruotelassiche, Tuttotrasporti, Autopro, Meridiani, Meridiani Montagne, Domus, Cucchiaio d'argento.

The provision of consent under nr. 1 here above is mandatory; Any refusal to provide such data will result in the inability by the Company to perform the foreseen activities.

The provision of the consent for the purposes under points nr. 2 and 3 here above is optional and without any consequences in case of Your refusal.

Your personal data may be disclosed to the employees and/or associates of the Company assigned to the marketing offices and/or to managing the website.

These subjects, as “persons in charge of the processing” will be authorized by the Company to process Your data for the purposes stated in this information and in compliance with the Privacy Code.

Your personal data may disclosed to third parties who may process Your personal data on behalf of the Company as "external data processor", such as, for example, IT service providers, suppliers of outsourcing services or cloud computing, professionals and consultants. You have the right to obtain a list of such external data processors, as appointed by the Company, making a request to the Company according with the following paragraph.

You have the right to access Your personal data at any time and to exercise Your rights under Article 7 of the Privacy Code. At any time You may therefore request and obtain confirmation of the existence at the Company of personal data concerning You. Additionally, You may request that Your data be updated, amended, supplemented. You may object for legitimate reasons, in whole or in part, to the use of Your data and revoke Your consent, if granted, or You may request that Your data be deleted, converted into anonymous form, or blocked if they have been processed unlawfully.

Line-us is a little robot arm. It can copy your motion with a pen and recreate whatever you drawn on screen. Line-us has its own drawing style and character, it’s not a plotter or printer – it’s a drawer. It’s a pilot project and the Kickstarter campaign is an invitation to the community of backers to get their hands on the first 1000 machines. Line-us encourages drawing and experimenting.

The Line-us app lets users save their drawings, send them as messages to friends and family or publish them to a public gallery for others to follow. The app has also been designed with several simple tools to let anyone play with Line-us. You can trace directly from a camera or your photos, erase, mirror and enlarge anything you want.
