Heldu office

Iratzoki & Lizaso designed a modular desk, on show at Maison&Objet, that can be layered and assembled with different wooden components to fit the perfect working space.

Basque designers Iratzoki & Lizaso created Heldu, an office desk collection for Alki where different modules of table surfaces can be joined together to create a variable length platform. The piece is now presented at Maison&Objet 2017.

Mobile partitions enable workstations to be laid out quickly, according to working requirements. Electric wires run along the axis in a metal cable tray and power sockets are hidden by wooden and leather blocks. A desk lamp and tidy can also be fitted in the cavity. Vertical tabletop partitions complete the collection with oak and leather finishings that resemble traditional offices, while the table top can be stratified in black or white Fenix.
